摘　　要：对马钢长材事业部铁水预处理设备目前存在的问题进行了研究,经过理论分析及现场摸索,对现有的铁水预处理脱硫系统进行了工艺设备升级改造,实现了从单喷镁粉脱硫形式到混喷石灰加镁粉脱硫形式的转变,达到稳定脱硫的目的。The paper studied current problems of iron pretreatment equipment of Long Product Department of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.After theoretical analysis and field mapping,the existing iron pretreatment desulfurization system has been upgraded and transformed,realizing the transformation from single spraying magnesium powder desulfuriza⁃tion to mixed spraying lime plus magnesium powder desulfurization,and achieving the pur⁃pose of stable desulfurization.
