摘　　要：以转炉一次除尘风机为例,利用精密诊断技术对大型风机的铆钉断裂脱落故障进行诊断,取得的效果明显。完善风机维修技术标准,增加精密诊断技术,可进行预知性维修及状态检修,降低设备的故障率及检修维护费用,使设备运行更加安全、经济、高效。Taking the converter primary dedusting fan as an example,the use of precision di⁃agnostic technology for diagnosing the rivet breakage and shedding faults of large fans has achieved obvious results,which improves the fan maintenance technology standard,increases precision diag⁃nostic technology,so as to carry out predictive maintenance and condition maintenance,reduce the failure rate of equipment and maintenance costs,make the equipment operation safer,more eco⁃nomical and efficient.
