摘 要:连铸结晶器液面检测系统通常采用放射源测量的方式,测量稳定性高,是连铸结晶器自动浇注的重要测量设备。但是放射源在使用一段时间后,会产生衰减,造成探测器接收放射粒子减少,液面检测精度下降,造成在结晶器液面自动控制时产生液面波动,形成夹渣、振痕不均匀,严重时有漏钢、溢钢的风险。为减少放射源衰减对结晶器液面自动控制的影响,对结晶器放射源安装位置、探测器进行改造,增加探测器的接收粒子数,提升测量精度。通过制定探测器维修标准的方法,降低钢水液面设备的故障率,保证了连铸浇铸过程中结晶器内钢水液面自动控制的稳定性。Continuous casting crystallizer steel level detection system usually adopts the way of radioactive source measurement,which has high stability,and it is an important mea⁃surement equipment for continuous casting crystallizer automatic casting.However,the radio⁃active source will attenuate after being in use for a while,as a result,the detector receives fewer radioactive particles,the steel level detection accuracy decreases,resulting in steel level fluctuations in the automatic control of the crystallizer steel level,the formation of slag entrapment,uneven vibration marks,and in serious cases,there is a risk of leakage and overflow of steel.In order to reduce the impact of radioactive source attenuation on the automatic control of crystallizer steel level,this article describes the method of increasing the number of receiving particles of the detector by changing the location of the radioactive source in the crystallizer and modifying the detector to improve the measurement accuracy.Through the method of formulating detector maintenance standards,the failure rate of steel level equipment is reduced,and the stability of automatic control of steel level in the crys⁃tallizer during continuous casting and casting is ensured.
