摘 要:目前钢铁行业是我国能源消耗和污染排放较高的行业之一,所产生的污染会严重影响生态环境及公众健康。为了保护环境、实现可持续发展,各钢铁企业均采取一系列治理措施来降低污染排放,其中无组织污染因其点多、面广、无规律,成为了企业超低排放改造的一大难题。在综述了无组织管控政策的演变,分析了无组织排放改造现状及相关技术的基础上,明确了无组织污染管控薄弱关节与改造滞后的原因,并给出相关建议,为各企业无组织超低排放改造提供了思路。At present,the iron and steel industry is one of the industries with high en⁃ergy consumption and pollution emission in China,and the pollution generated will seriously affect the ecological environment and public health.In order to protect the environment and achieve sustainable development,all steel companies have adopted a series of measures to reduce pollution emissions.Among all kinds of pollution,the unorganized pollution has be⁃come a major problem for the enterprise's ultra-low emission transformation because that it has so many sources with no regulation.On the basis of an overview of the evolution of the policy of unorganized control,analysis of the current situation of unorganized emission transformation and related technologies,it clarifies the weak joints of unorganized pollution control and the reasons for the lagging of the transformation,and gives relevant suggestions to provide ideas for various enterprises regarding the unorganized ultra-low emission transfor⁃mation.
