摘 要:介绍了工业废水中氯离子的去除原理,综述了沉淀法、蒸发浓缩法、膜处理法、吸附法、电解法、溶剂萃取法以及离子交换法等含氯废水处理方法的研究进展,并分析了各种处理方法的优点及存在的主要问题。分析结果表明,沉淀法和离子交换法是目前在工业上最常用的去除水中氯离子的方法,且在国内外的应用均较多;沉淀法对氯离子浓度适应性强,操控简单;离子交换法回收性能好,稳定性高。对未来工业废水氯离子去除技术的研究方向及具体研发重点进行了梳理及分析。The removal principles of chloride ions in industrial wastewater is introduced.The research progress of chloride containing wastewater treatment methods such as sedimentation,evaporation concentration,membrane treatment,adsorption,electrolysis,solvent extraction and ion exchange is summarized,and the advantages and main problems of each treatment method are analyzed.The analysis results show that sedimentation and ion exchange are currently the most commonly used methods for removing chloride ions from water in industry.The precipitation method has strong adaptability to chloride ions concentration and is easy to operate.The ion exchange method has good recovery performance and high stability.The research direction and specific research and development focus of chloride ions removal technology for future industrial wastewater are summarized and analyzed.
