摘 要:介绍了管柱式气液分离器的优点及应用范围,在保持入口矩形喷嘴面积不变的条件下,利用数值模拟的方法研究确定分离器分离性能最优的矩形入口喷嘴的高宽比,为管柱式气液分离器的设计与优化提供一定的指导。结果表明,在喷嘴面积一定、矩形高宽比为2.5时,入口切向速度最大,入口筒体截面上液相体积分数最大,分离器的分离效率最高。在较高黏度下,矩形入口喷嘴高宽比为2.5时管柱式气液分离器的分离效果最好。但针对压降分析,矩形入口喷嘴高宽比为3.5时的压降最小。综合分离器分离效率与压降的影响,确定管柱式分离器最优的矩形入口喷嘴高宽比为2.5。The advantages and application scope of gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone separator is introduced.Under the condition of maintaining the area of the rectangular nozzle at the inlet unchanged,the aspect ratio of the rectangular inlet nozzle with the best separation performance of the separator is determined by numerical simulation,which provides some guidance for the design and optimization of tubular gas-liquid separator.The results show that when the tapered area is constant and the rectangular aspect ratio is 2.5,the tangential velocity at inlet is the largest,the liquid volume fraction on the section of the inlet cylinder is the largest,and the separation efficiency of the separator is the highest.At higher viscosity,the effect of gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone separator is the best when the aspect ratio of rectangular inlet nozzle is 2.5.However,the pressure drop is the smallest when the aspect ratio of rectangular inlet nozzle is 3.5.Therefore,considering the influence of separation efficiency and pressure drop of the separator,it is determined that the optimal aspect ratio of rectangular inlet nozzle of the gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone separator is 2.5.
