摘 要:针对目前钻井液与水泥浆接触污染机理不完全明确和耐高温隔离液体系有待完善的问题,为考察接触污染机理,研究了钻井液处理剂聚阴离子纤维素(PAC)对水泥浆结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着PAC加量的增加,水泥浆的流变性变差,水泥浆固化体的抗压强度降低。PAC可与Al^(3+)和Ca^(2+)等金属离子发生化学反应,交联形成网络结构吸附在水泥颗粒表面,阻止了未水化水泥颗粒与水接触发生水化反应,降低了水化速率。相互交联的PAC网状薄膜结构利用分子间作用力将水泥浆存在的自由水束缚在网状结构内部,水泥浆中的自由水含量降低,影响了水泥浆流变性能。PAC等聚合物类处理剂的上述作用可能是造成钻井液与水泥浆接触污染的主要原因。该研究可为川渝地区高效隔离液选材提供理论指导。In response to the current unclear mechanism of contact pollution between drilling fluid and cement slurry and the need to improve the high-temperature isolation liquid system,the influence of drilling fluid treatment agent polyanionic cellulose(PAC)on the structure and performance of cement slurry is studied to investigate the contact pollution mechanism.The research results show that with the increase of PAC dosage,the rheological properties of cement slurry deteriorate,and the compressive strength of cement slurry solidified body decreases.PAC can undergo chemical reactions with metal ions such as Al^(3+)and Ca^(2+),forming a cross-linked network structure that adsorbs on the surface of cement particles,preventing the hydration reaction between unhydrated cement particles and water,and delaying the hydration rate.The cross-linked PAC network film structure utilizes intermolecular forces to bind the free water present in the cement slurry within the network structure,reducing the free water content in the cement slurry and affecting its rheological properties.The above effects of polymer treatment agent such as PAC may be the main cause of contact pollution between drilling fluid and cement slurry.This study can provide theoretical guidance for the selection of high-efficiency isolation fluids in the Sichuan-Chongqing region.
