摘　　要：男子集体球类项目“集体缺席”东京奥运会,对中国体育是一重大打击。长期以来,中国集体球类发展存在个人眼前利益和集体长远利益的博弈、计划思维与市场思维的博弈,注重训练却呈现出“过度训练”状态,“弯道超车”却导致拔苗助长,体育文化发展不足、善治格局建设不足而致集体球类项目发展变成“金针菇”模式。尊重规律,更好调动社会、政府、市场资源,建立科学、专业的治理体系是中国集体球类寻求复兴的必由之路,其中学校体育和竞技体育是“两大基石”。促进体教融合,促进学校集体球类发展是推进集体球类治理体系科学化、专业化的重要一环。All of the Chinese men’s collective ball events being absent of Tokyo Olympics was a strong blow for China athletic sports.For a long time,there was contest between personal short-term interest and collective long-term interest,between planned thinking and market thinking in Chinese men’s collective ball events development,and focus on training cannot solve the underlying problems,lack of pattern of good governance in Chinese men’s collective ball events led to flammulina velutipes model.A scientific and professional administrative road to mobilize resources of the society,the government and the market,is needed for Chinese men’s collective ball events to seek revival,of which basic stones are the school system and the athletic system.Promotion of team sport in the school system is an important part in pushing scientific and professional administrative system towards deep integration of sports and education.
