摘 要:运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法等,根据新修订的《体育法》和国家相关部门对于规范引领青少年和学校体育事业高质量发展的要求,针对目前我国高校体育教学、课外运动训练与竞赛等方面存在的问题诸如:公共体育课“运动量不足、创新性不够、规范性不强、教育性偏弱”;课外体育锻炼学生参与积极性不高;大学体育社团、俱乐部的发展相对滞后;校内群体竞赛仅限于一些群众基础好的几个项目,且赛程较短,参与的人数有限,以体育工作实践和竞赛激励理论为依据,以竞赛作为突破口和驱动器提出了“以赛促学、以赛促练”,辅以赛制的设计及先进单位的评比等应对办法,短期教学目标与长期教学目标相衔接为前提,以日常依托社团为载体的训练作为保障,以现代信息技术作为润滑剂,“教、练、赛”之间相互融合、相互协同,构建多样赛制驱动下高校体育“教、练、赛”协同模式,并提出实施策略,为我国高校体育工作提供理论依据和实践参考,以此促进大学生健康成长以及学校体育工作的可持续发展。By using literature review,on-site investigation,and interview methods,in accordance with the newly revised Sports Law and the requirements of relevant national departments for regulating and leading the high-quality development of youth and school sports,this study aims to address the current situation of physical education teaching in Chinese universities.The problems in extracurricular sports training and competitions,short-term teaching objectives and long-term teaching objectives are connected as the premise,with daily training relying on associations as the carrier,and modern information technology as the lubricant,“teaching,training and competition”are integrated and coordinated with each other.Construct a collaborative model of“teaching,training,and competition”in university sports driven by diverse competition systems,and propose implementation strategies to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for China’s university sports work,in order to promote the healthy growth of college students and the sustainable development of school sports work.
