摘　　要：内部供应链协同与外部供应链生态同样值得关注,内部供应链解决的最主要问题是协同。企业管理组织与体制建设,是企业供应链管理的重要内容。企业管理者对供应链的理解,是管理组织与体制建设的重要因素。企业供应链管理的内涵由企业根据自身情况制定,但国务院国资委“五链”要求是方向和目标。达到“四统一”管理下的采购就是集中采购。集中采购应该依托品类管理,以标准化为品类集中原则,做好分类集中和分类授权。企业的供应链管理要解决要不要买、买什么、怎么买、买完用的怎么样四方面的问题,并围绕这四方面进行管理组织与体制建设,合理设置组织机构,定义职责职能,切分工作界面,以有效推进内部供应链协同。Internal supply chain collaboration and external supply chain ecology are equally worthy of attention,and the main problem solved by internal supply chains is collaboration.The construction of enterprise management organization system is an important part of enterprise supply chain management.The understanding of supply chain by enterprise managers is an important factor in managing organizational and institutional development.The scope of enterprise supply chain management is formulated by the enterprise based on its own situation,but SASAC(the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission)“Five Chains”requirements are target direction.The procurement under the“four unified”management is centralized procurement.Centralized procurement should rely on category management,adhere to standardization as the principle of category centralization,and centralized or authorized by category.The supply chain management of enterprises needs to solve the four points of whether to buy,what to buy,how to buy,and how to use it after buying.The management organization and system construction should be carried out around these four aspects,with reasonably setting up organizational structures,defining responsibilities and functions,and dividing work interfaces to effectively promote internal supply chain collaboration.
