小儿鼾眠方联合揿针治疗儿童腺样体肥大疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿鼾眠方联合揿针治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的82例腺样体肥大患儿,随机分为两组各41例,对照组予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂及孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,治疗组予小儿鼾眠方联合揿针治疗。观察两组临床症状积分(打鼾、鼻塞、张口呼吸)、腺样体大小、生活质量量表(OSA-18)评分等。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.1%,对照组为78.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的临床症状积分、腺样体大小以及OSA-18评分均较治疗前显著降低(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用小儿鼾眠方联合揿针治疗儿童腺样体肥大效果较好,可减轻临床症状,缩小腺样体。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Hanmian formula and press needle on adenoid hypertrophy of children.Methods:82 cases of eligible children patients with adenoid hypertrophy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The children in control group were treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray and montelukast sodium chewable tablets,while the children in treatment group were treated with Xiaoer Hanmian formula and press needle.The scores of clinical symptom such as snoring,nasal obstruction and opening mouth breathing,the size of children's adenoid and the scores of Quality of Life Scale(OSA-18),etc.were observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.1%in treatment group and 78.0%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant compared between two groups(P﹤0.05).After treatment in both groups,the clinical symptom score,adenoid size and OSA-18 scores of children patients were significantly lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Hanmian formula and press needle on adenoid hypertrophy of children is better,which can relieve clinical symptoms and shrink adenoid.
