摘  要:煤矿井下硫化氢(H_(2)S)生成规律复杂,治理困难。为研究煤自身性质对吸附硫化氢的影响,采用实验和理论分析相结合的方法开展研究。选用8种不同煤级煤样,利用自制硫化氢吸附装置测量常温常压下不同煤样对硫化氢的吸附量,分析煤质、变质程度、显微组分、煤粒径和孔隙结构对煤吸附硫化氢的影响。结果表明:煤质中固定碳含量对H_(2)S吸附影响最明显,H_(2)S吸附量随煤的水分、灰分和挥发分的增加而降低,随固定碳含量的增加而升高,其中灰分的影响最小;由于H_(2)S微溶于水,水分的增加一定程度上会促进H_(2)S吸附,但总体呈现出降低的变化趋势;H_(2)S吸附量与固定碳的相关系数为0.8511;煤的变质程度和显微组分对H_(2)S吸附具有显著影响;H_(2)S吸附量随煤级升高增加明显,H_(2)S吸附量与镜质组含量呈正相关关系,而惰质组成分由于其亲水性会制约煤吸附H_(2)S;不同煤级的煤对H_(2)S的吸附量均随粒径增大而升高,粒径最小的煤吸附量最大,煤对H_(2)S的吸附主要作用于微孔。研究结果对了解硫化氢在煤中的吸附特性,针对性治理硫化氢危害具有重要意义。The generation of hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)in coal mines is complicated and difficult to control.To study the effect of coal properties on H_(2)S adsorption,the study adopts a combination of experimental and theoretical analysis.Eight coal samples were selected to measure the H_(2)S adsorption at ambient temperature and pressure by a self-made device.In this study,we analyzed the impacts of coal quality,metamorphism degree,macerals,coal particle size,and pore structure on the H_(2)S adsorption.The results showed that the fixed carbon content in coal had the most significant effect on the H_(2)S adsorption;H_(2)S adsorption decreased with the increase of moisture,ash,and volatile of coal,and increased with the increase of fixed carbon content,among which ash had the least effect.Since H_(2)S is slightly soluble in water,the increase in moisture promoted H_(2)S adsorption to a certain extent,but the overall trend showed a decreasing trend.The correlation coefficient between H_(2)S adsorption and fixed carbon was 0.8511.The metamorphism degree and macerals had a significant effect on H_(2)S adsorption.While the adsorption of H_(2)S increased significantly with the increase of coal rank and positively correlated with the vitrinite content,the inertinite,due to its hydrophilicity,would restrict the adsorption of H_(2)S.The H_(2)S adsorption by coal of different ranks increased with the increase of particle size;the coal with the smallest particle size showed the largest adsorption,and the H_(2)S adsorption by coal mainly acted on micropores.The results of this study are of great significance for understanding the adsorption characteristics of H_(2)S in coal and for H_(2)S hazard control.
