摘　　要：本文从矿井采掘运大型机电设备的生产使用、结构配套、成本投入、统一管理、信息化水平等5个方面深入调研和分析了国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司(以下简称神东)采掘运大型机电设备目前的使用和管理现状,从以上5个方面分别给出目前神东采掘运大型机电设备使用和管理存在的问题,为后期公司采取相应措施提升采掘运大型机电设备的利用价值提供了数值和理论依据,对神东降低采掘运大型机电设备的成本投入,及各矿井的安全、高效生产具有十分重要的指导意义。对其他煤炭企业提升大型机电设备的使用价值也有一定的参考价值。The article introduces an in-depth analysis and lists the problems of the use and management of large-scale electromechanical equipment for mining and transportation in Shendong Coal Group in terms of production and use,structural supporting,cost input,unified management,and informatization level.This could provide the numerical and theoretical basis for the company to take corresponding measures to improve the utilization value of the large-scale electromechanical equipment at a later stage.It is of great significance not only to reduce the cost of large-scale electromechanical equipment and realize safe and efficient production in the mines of Shendong Coal Group but also to increase the utilization value of large-scale electromechanical equipment for other coal enterprises.
