摘 要:针对矿井原煤运输压力大,运输效率低,提出带式输送机超长距离运输技术。基于带式输送机Kelvin-Voigt简化模型基础上,分析带式输送机动态特性,设计皮带中部驱动,选择驱动方式及功率;提出带式输送机多机平衡控制策略,研究多机驱动系统牵引力平衡问题,探讨了多机功率不平衡因素;在此基础上,研究带式输送机多机平衡控制,提出基于偏差耦合的多机平衡控制方法,通过仿真分析验证平衡控制策略可靠性。结果表明,以永磁电机作为驱动电机,采用5台500 kW永磁电机多点驱动方式可实现对5620 m带式输送机驱动,实现长距离带式输送机多机负载分配均衡;通过矿井现场运用,电机在加速启动至稳定运行期间,系统均具备较好控制性能,带式输送机运行平稳,对矿井安全高效生产有积极作用。To solve the high pressure and low efficiency of raw coal transportation,this paper proposes an ultra-long distance transportation technology of belt conveyors.Based on the Kelvin-Voigt simplified model,we analyzed the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyors,designed the middle belt drive,and selected the drive mode and power;Secondly,we proposed a multi-slack control strategy for belt conveyors,studied the traction force balance problem of multi-machine drive system,and explored the multi-machine power imbalance factors;On this basis,a multi-machine balance control method based on deviation coupling was proposed to verify the reliability of the balance control strategy by simulation analysis.The results showed that the multi-point drive of 5 sets of 500 kW permanent-magnet motors(driving motors)could realize the drive of 5620 m belt conveyor and long-distance belt conveyor multi-machine load distribution balancing.In addition,on-site application in the mine demonstrated that the system had good control performance from accelerated startup to stable operation,and the belt conveyors ran smoothly,which exerted a positive impact on the safe and efficient production.
