摘 要:为实现经济社会绿色化、低碳化发展,探索碳中和与稳增长相协调的发展路径,选取2005—2020年中国省份面板数据为研究样本,构建SBM非期望产出模型以测算省域绿色全要素生产率,在理论分析的基础上,采用固定效应模型、调节效应模型与工具变量法实证检验电气化水平对绿色全要素生产率的影响效应与机制。研究表明,电气化水平对绿色全要素生产率具有显著且稳健的正效应,二者间的因果关系受到电价水平与电力生产结构的调节,低电价水平与高非化石能源发电占比的情境更有利于发挥电气化水平的正效应;基于此,电气化水平的“理想”区间或阈值存在区域差异性。机制分析表明,电气化水平可以通过抑制碳排放,降低能源强度,提高技术水平,进而促进绿色全要素生产率增长。In order to realize green and low-carbon economic and social development and explore the development path coordinated with carbon neutrality and stable growth,this paper constructs the SBM non-expected output model to measure the green total factor productivity in Chinese provinces from 2005 to 2020,and empirically examines the impact of electrification level on the green total factor productivity by using the fixed effect model,moderating effect model and instrumental variable method based on the theoretical analysis.The study shows that the electrification level has a significant and robust positive effect on green total factor productivity,and the causal relationship between the two is moderated by the electricity price level and the electricity generation structure,and a low electricity price level and a high proportion of non-fossil energy power generation are more conducive to exerting the positive effect of the electrification level,based on which,there are regional variations in the“ideal”range or threshold of the electrification level.As a result,there is regional variability in the“ideal”range or threshold of electrification levels.Mechanistic analysis suggests that the electrification level can contribute to green total factor productivity growth by limiting carbon emissions,reducing energy intensity,and improving technology.
