摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的关键一步。新时代,区域经济发展不平衡、数字鸿沟加剧不平等以及生态空间利用不合理等问题影响和制约我国共同富裕目标的实现。“东数西算”是我国出台的一项跨区域超级工程,它能够促进区域经济协调发展以跨越财富鸿沟、发挥数字成果溢出效应以缩小数字鸿沟、推动碳排放总量降低以改善生态环境。“东数西算”赋能新时代共同富裕,可以从发挥算力优势、发展新型基建、优化能源结构三个方面展开实践探索。Shared prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important step in the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.In the new era,the imbalance of regional economic development,the widening inequality of the digital divide and the unreasonable use of ecological space affect and limit the realization of the goal of common prosperity in China.The“Channel Computing Resources from East to West”is a cross-regional super project introduced in China,which can promote the coordinated development of regional economies to bridge the wealth gap,utilize the spillover effect of digital achievements to bridge the digital gap,and reduce carbon emission intensity to improve the ecological environment.We can promote the channel computing resources from east to west to achieve common prosperity in the new era from three aspects:give full play to the advantages of computing power,develop new infrastructure,and optimize the energy structure.
