摘　　要：裂纹舌可在临床中指导慢性肾脏病的诊疗。王琛教授围绕慢性肾衰竭阳虚证,对其出现裂纹舌的病理机制、常见病因以及常用治法等3个方面进行了深入的总结,将该舌象称为“阳虚裂”,并且在大量临证中取得良好的治疗效果,最终逐步形成了对“阳虚裂”的独特学术见解。该文重点从慢性肾脏病中期和末期两阶段阐述“阳虚裂”,结合慢性肾衰竭病机演变,以期为该病的临床治疗提供新的思路与方法。Fissured tongue can help guide the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney diseases in clinic.Professor Wang Chen summarizes the etiology,common pathogenesis and treatment methods of fissured tongue in chronic renal failure with a yang deficiency syndrome,referring to it as"fissured tongue with yang deficiency syndrome".He has developed his own unique academic view on the treatment of the disease,and achieved a good curative effect in his clinical practice.In combination with the evolution of the pathogenesis of chronic kidney failure,this article focuses on investigating the treatment of fissured tongue with a yang deficiency syndrome at the the mid and late stages of chronic kidney diseases,aiming at providing some new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.
