摘　　要：王檀教授依据《长春中医药大学寒湿疫(新冠病毒感染)后虚损人群中医诊疗方案(试行第一版)》中的辨治思路,针对寒湿疫后虚损症状,中药治疗上强调在以“益气温阳、养阴生津、通痹散结”贯穿始终的基础上,还应针对各个脏腑的损伤进行辨治,避免一味强调补益肺脾而忽略其他脏器因为疫毒损伤而导致的功能低下,病情迁延。According to the syndrome differentiation and treatment ideas in the TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for People with Deficiency after Cold-Dampness Epidemic(Novel Coronavirus Infection)of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine(Trial Version 1),Professor Wang Tan emphasizes that the TCM treatment of deficiency symptoms during the recovery period of novel coronavirus pneumonia should be based on"benefiting qi and warming yang,nourishing yin and promoting fluid production,clearing obstruction and resolving masses",and it is also necessary to differentiate and treat the injury of each zang-fu organ to avoid blindly emphasizing tonifying the lung and spleen while ignoring the low function and a prolonged illness caused by the injury of other organs due to the epidemic pathogens.
