摘 要:Cansolv尾气氧化工艺运行过程中会产生较大量废酸水(含SO_(3)^(2-)、SO_(4)^(2-)),一般采用31%盐酸对生产废水装置阳离子交换树脂进行再生。为了研究Cansolv废酸水替代盐酸再生阳离子交换树脂效果,实验通过对001-7阳离子交换树脂进行静态及动态吸附、废酸水对吸附后树脂进行再生脱附,测定树脂吸附率(η%)及脱附率(P%)。实验结果表明,阳离子交换树脂对Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)均具有良好的吸附效果,废酸水作为脱附液进行树脂再生可行;动态吸附时阳离子交换树脂对Mg^(2+)和Ca^(2+)最大吸附率可达70%和50%,动态吸附最佳上柱流速为3 mL/min;废酸水作为洗脱液对2种离子均具有一定的洗脱能力,Mg^(2+)和Ca^(2+)的脱附率分别为81.9%和48.6%,且质量浓度为4%为洗脱液的最佳浓度。During the operation of Cansolv tail gas oxidation process,a large amount of waste acid water(including SO_(3)^(2-)and SO_(4)^(2-))will be produced.Generally,31%hydrochloric acid is used to regenerate the cation exchange resin in the wastewater unit.In order to study the effect of Cansolv waste acid water instead of hydrochloric acid on the regeneration of cation exchange resin,the experiment determined the adsorption rate(η%)and desorption rate(P%)of the resin by conducting static and dynamic adsorption of 001-7 cation exchange resin,waste acid water regeneration and desorption of the adsorbed resin.The results showed that the cation exchange resin had a good adsorption effect on Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+),and the waste acid water as desorption liquid was feasible for resin regeneration.The maximum adsorption rates of Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)can reach 70%and 50%,and the optimal loading velocity of dynamic adsorption was 3 mL/min.The desorption rates of Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)were 81.9%and 48.6%respectively,and the optimal concentration was 4%.
