舌系带过短患儿母乳喂养管理的研究进展

摘　　要：患儿舌系带过短可能导致母乳喂养困难,影响其生长发育。文章对舌系带过短的定义、诊断及其对母乳喂养的影响和管理等内容进行综述,建议加强产科医护人员对母乳喂养的评估、指导以及患儿舌系带过短识别的能力,培养具有专业母乳喂养指导技能的专科护士队伍,增加针对舌系带过短患儿母乳喂养的有效管理策略的研究,以便临床医务人员为母乳喂养困难的患儿父母提供最佳的信息,促进母乳喂养。Ankyloglossia may lead to difficulty in breastfeeding and affect growth and development of infants.This paper reviews the definition,diagnosis,impact on breastfeeding and management of ankyloglossia.It is suggested to strengthen the evaluation and guidance of obstetric medical staff on breastfeeding,and improve the ability to identify the short lingual frenulum,and cultivate a team of specialized nurses with professional breastfeeding guidance skills.And it points out that further research on effective management strategies for breastfeeding of infants with ankyloglossia in the future is needed,so that clinical medical staff could provide the best information for the parents of infants with ankyloglossia and promote breastfeeding.
