摘 要:研究了混合材掺量40%下明矾石(石膏)-沸石不同比例对抗折强度、抗压强度及流动性的影响,阐明了明矾石(石膏)-沸石体系作为混合材对水泥水化的影响机制。研究表明,明矾石与石膏的最佳比例为2:1,在此比例下明矾石作为混合材的力学性能最优。沸石比例越小,相同龄期下硬化体强度越低。28d龄期,沸石掺量25%时抗压强度为47.03MPa,相对于空白样降低12.97%;沸石掺量35%时仍然能达到46.61MPa,与空白样相比下降了11.90%。流动性与沸石掺量呈线性关系,沸石掺量越高,流动性越差。综合力学性能及流动性,确定混合材掺量40%下明矾石(石膏):沸石最佳配比为10(5):25。沸石越多,体系反应活性越高,相同龄期下水化产物越多,反应越快,强度越高。The effects of different ratios of alunite(gypsum)to zeolite on flexural strength,compressive strength,and fluidity with a proportion of 40%are investigated,and the influence mechanism of alunite(gypsum)-zeolite system as a mixture on cement hydration is explained.The results show that the optimal ratio of alunite to gypsum is 2:1,and the mechanical properties of alunite as a mixture are the best at this ratio.The smaller the proportion of zeolite,the lower the strength of the hardened cement at the same age.At the age of 28-day,the compressive strength is 47.03MPa when the zeolite content is 25%,which is 12.97%lower than that of blank sample.When the zeolite content is 35%,the 28-day compressive strength can still reach 46.61MPa,which is 11.90%lower than that of the blank.The fluidity has a linear relationship with the zeolite content.The higher the zeolite content,the worse the fluidity.Based on the mechanical properties and fluidity,the optimal ratio of alunite(gypsum)to zeolite with a proportion of 40%is determined to be 10(5):25.The more zeolite,the higher the reaction activity of the system.The more hydration products at the same age,the faster the reaction and the higher the strength.
