摘  要:为解决渗水路面修补存在的工序复杂、工期长、施工质量不佳等问题,研发了一种可带水施工、耐水性好、强度高、固化快的改性树脂类胶黏剂,并以其为胶结料与由中砂、瓜米石组成的骨料复合形成快速修补材料(SER)。对SER与浸水水泥混凝土基面的粘接强度及耐久性、抗压强度、抗折强度等进行研究。结果表明,SER对浸水混凝土基面的粘接强度达3.12MPa,且破坏形式为混凝土破坏;80℃水煮14d后,SER对浸水混凝土基面的粘接强度仍达2.79MPa,破坏形式仍为混凝土破坏;SER在23℃下养护3h的抗压强度为21.6MPa,抗弯拉强度为5.4MPa,均显著大于水泥混凝土。To improve the technology of rapid repair for concrete pavement seepage,a modified epoxy resin adhesive with good water resistance,high strength and fast curing is developed.It is used as a binder and combined with aggregates composed of medium sands and stones to form a super epoxy resin for repair(SER).The bonding strength between SER and immersed concrete substrate,as well as durability,compressive and flexural strength are studied.The results show that bond strength of SER to immersed concrete substrate reaches 3.12MPa,indicating concrete failure.After water boiling at 80℃for 14 days,the bond strength still reaches 2.79MPa,indicating concrete failure.The compressive and flexural strength of SER cured at 23℃for 3 hours are 21.6MPa and 5.4MPa respectively,both of which are significantly higher than those of cement concrete.
