摘　　要：从1948年10月(郑州解放)到1950年底,郑州的城市建党工作经历了从秘密发展到公开建党的变化。通过对城市内党组织的整理和调整,郑州各基层党组织初步建立并发展了一批党员,工人中建党工作的成效初显。郑州市委进行城市建党工作,是为了更好地领导人民进行城市建设。城市建党及工人中建党工作的开展,1950年底“建设一个初具规模的党”的目标初步实现,增进了广大人民群众对中国共产党和新政权的政治认同,为巩固政权、恢复生产、发展经济奠定了基础。From the liberation of Zhengzhou in October 1948 to the end of 1950,urban Party building in Zhengzhou experienced a change from secret development to public Party building.Through the organization,establishment and adjustment of the Party organizations in the city,the primary-level Party organizations in Zhengzhou preliminarily established and developed a group of the CPC new members,and the work of Party building among workers have achieved initial success.By the end of 1950,the goal of“constructing the Party taking shape”has been basically realized,which has enhanced the political identity of the vast masses of the people to the CPC and the new regime,laid the foundation for the consolidation of political power,the recovery of the economy and the development of production.
