摘 要:随着智能手机的普及,乡村留守儿童网络成瘾问题已经引起全社会的关注。借助“培养分析”理论,在深入分析留守儿童网络成瘾原因的基础上,提出留守儿童网络沉迷的干预策略。政府要建立完善的网络素养教育体系,家庭、学校、互联网平台承担好各自的职责,各方形成合力,使留守儿童提高信息辨别能力和自我约束能力,养成科学的上网习惯。其中,汇聚开放多元的数字素养教育培训资源、构建协同一体的数字素养教育体系、增强数字素养赋能的作用,是实践探索中应当切实把握的核心关键点。With the popularity of smart phones,Internet addiction of rural left-behind children has attracted the attention of the whole society.Based on an in-depth analysis of the reasons why left-behind children are addicted to the use of new media represented by smart phones,this paper puts forward some strategies to prevent left-behind children from being addicted to Internet.The government should establish a sound network literacy education system;families,schools and Internet platforms should shoulder their respective responsibilities,to help left-behind children to achieve self-restraint and self-management,to gradually develop habits of scientific and moderate access to the Internet.Among them,gathering open and diversified digital literacy education and training resources,building a coordinated digital literacy education and training system,and enhancing the role of digital literacy empowerment are the core points that should be grasped in practice and exploration.
