摘　　要：新时代新征程,涉农高校要深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神,深入学习贯彻习近平总书记给全国涉农高校的书记校长和专家代表、给中国农业大学科技小院的同学们的回信精神,充分发挥涉农高校的作用,以高质量教育赋能农业高质量发展。近年来,涉农高校聚焦服务粮食安全、乡村振兴、农业强国建设等国家重大战略,不断凝练学科方向,总结优化基础、新兴、前沿、交叉学科布局,构建学科发展新格局,取得了阶段性成果。但也在学科交叉深度融合、人才培养与引进、农业科技自立自强、体制机制建设等方面还存在深层次问题,必须深入推进高等农林教育创新发展,探索中国特色高等农林教育发展道路,为全面服务乡村振兴、加快农业强国建设发挥更大力量。为此,全国涉农高校发展规划与学科建设协作组召开第十次研讨会,围绕“面向农业强国建设的高等农林教育创新发展”主题进行了深入交流。In the era of unprecedented development,agricultural universities are encouraged to deeply instill the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.This entails comprehensive absorption and implementation of important directives of General Secretary XI Jinping for heads of agricultural institutions,as well as engagement with student experts and representatives from the Science and Technology Farmhouse of China Agricultural University.The intent is to harness the full potential of agricultural universities in fostering high-quality agricultural growth through excellence in education.Of late,agricultural universities have been steadfast in their commitment to serve national priorities such as food security,rural revitalization,and the realization of a strong agricultural nation.They have continuously refined their disciplinary focus,refined and optimized the arrangement of basic,emerging,frontier,and interdisciplinary subjects,and forged a new paradigm of disciplinary development,resulting in measurable outcomes.However,despite progress,significant challenges remain in achieving a deep integration of interdisciplinary subjects,cultivating and importing talents,encouraging self-reliance and self-improvement in agricultural science and technology,as well as establishing effective institutional and mechanisms.It is essential to propel the innovative development of higher agricultural and forestry education,charting a growth trajectory with Chinese characteristics,while leveraging our strength to better serve rural revitalization efforts and accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural nation.The Tenth National Collaborative Workshop on Development Planning and Discipline Construction of Agricultural Universities convened for an in-depth exchange on the theme of“Innovative Development Research for Higher Agricultural and Forestry Education for Building a Strong Agricultural Nation”.
