摘　　要：针对人工内容计费脚本处理中存在的问题,提出了引入自动化脚本和工具的解决方案。通过使用脚本语言编写自动化脚本,可以实现工单中地址调整操作的自动化执行,实现对工单数据的识别及处理,提高运维效率并降低错误的风险。同时,引入自动化工具可以提供规范和工作流程,确保内容计费脚本的可靠性和安全性。此外,建立一个统一的工单管理系统能够集中管理和跟踪工单的进度,使得地址调整工作更加有序和高效。通过这些措施,我们可以增加运维工作的效率,减少人为错误,提高地址调整工作的可靠性和效率。Aiming at the problems existing in the script processing of manual content accounting,this paper proposes a solution to introduce automatic scripts and tools.By using the script language to write automatic scripts,you can realize the automatic execution of address adjustment operations in the work order,realize the identification and processing of the work order data,improve the opera-tion and maintenance efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.At the same time,the introduction of automated tools can provide specifi-cations and workflows to ensure the reliability and security of content billing scripts.In addition,establishing a unified work order man-agement system can centrally manage and track the progress of work order,which makes the address adjustment work more orderly and efficient.Through these measures,we can increase the efficiency of operation and maintenance work,reduce human error,and improve the reliability and efficiency of address adjustment work.
