摘  要:为研究结构设计对加热卷烟出口烟气温度的影响,设计了固定总长度为45 mm的不同结构的加热卷烟样品,建立了加热卷烟出口烟气温度与气溶胶捕集量(ACM)检测方法,研究了二元、三元、四元不同结构设计对加热卷烟烟气温度与烟气释放量的影响规律。结果表明:(1)不同二元结构烟支出口烟气最高温度高于106℃、小于137℃,不同三元结构烟支出口烟气最高温度高于40℃、小于85℃,不同四元结构烟支前两口的出口烟气最高温度达到72℃,后续抽吸的出口烟气最高温度低于50℃。(2)中空段降温作用显著小于烟丝段和实心醋酸纤维段,烟丝段和实心醋酸纤维段长度不宜过长,四元结构对加热卷烟烟气降温效果最好。当冷却段长度在12~18 mm时,逐口烟气最高温度可降至42℃以下。(3)对于四元结构烟支,随着中空段内径的增大,相同抽吸口数的烟支失重未见显著规律,而ACM则大体呈现增大趋势。随着卷烟纸透气度增大,相同抽吸口数的烟支失重呈现逐渐增大趋势,而ACM则未见显著变化规律。随着中空段长度减小与实心段长度增加,相同抽吸口数的烟支失重与ACM均大体呈现减小趋势。To study the effect of stick structure on aerosol temperature from heated tobacco products(HTPs),heated tobacco stick samples of different structures with a fixed total length of 45 mm were designed and manufactured,and a method for determining aerosol temperature and aerosol collected mass(ACM)from the HTP was established.The influence of binary,ternary and quaternary structures of HTP stick on aerosol temperature and ACM release were investigated.The results showed that:1)The maximum temperatures of aerosol from the HTPs with different binary stick structures were in the range of 106-137℃,and those with different ternary structures were 40-85℃The maximum aerosol temperature from the HTPs with different quaternary stick structures reached 72℃at the first and second puffs,and those at the subsequent puffs were lower than 50℃.2)The cooling effect of the cavity section was significantly lower than that of the tobacco section and the solid cellulose acetate section.The lengths of the tobacco section and the solid cellulose acetate section should not be too long,and the quaternary stick structure had the best aerosol cooling effect for HTP.When the length of the cooling section ranged from 12 to 18 mm,the puff-by-puff maximum aerosol temperature could be reduced to below 42℃.3)For HTP sticks with quaternary structure,no significant rule was found in the weight loss of HTP stick at the same puff number with the increase of the inner diameter of the cavity,but the ACM generally increased.As the air permeability of cigarette paper increased,the weight loss of HTP stick at the same puff number gradually increased,but there was no significant pattern for ACM release.With the decrease of the cavity section length and the increase of the solid cellose acetate section length,the stick weight loss and ACM of the HTP at the same puff number generally decreased gradually.
