摘  要:介绍了独山子石化220 kt/a乙烯装置分离单元低压脱丙烷塔运行操作过程中出现的问题。通过对该塔物料组成分析,找出易产生聚合的组分,主要为丁二烯和环戊二烯,还有少量的苯乙烯,物料结垢造成塔釜液位计堵塞从而显示异常。针对低压脱丙烷塔操作中遇到的波动进行分析、探讨及危害识别,并制定出相对应的防范措施,确保了低压脱丙烷塔的长周期稳定运行。This paper introduces the problems in the operation of low-pressure depropanizer of the separation unit in the 220 kt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company.Through the analysis of the material composition in the tower,it is found that the components that easily polymerize are mainly butadiene and cyclopentadiene and a small amount of styrene,and the scaling will cause the blockage of the bottom level gauge,resulting in abnormal display.The fluctuations in the operation of the low-pressure depropanizer are analyzed and discussed,the hazards are identified,and some corresponding preventive measures are developed,so as to ensure the long-term stable operation of the low-pressure depropanizer.
