摘  要:汽轮机(DST-201)止推轴温TE-12811A/B持续上涨,已达报警值120℃。轴温偏高,加速润滑油的氧化并在轴瓦表面形成热漆膜。为有效预防漆膜的形成并去除系统中的软性污染物,向润滑油加注溶解度增强油。加注增强油后,止推轴瓦温度TE-12811A/B比加注前下降了5℃。通过采取更换止推轴轴瓦,将轴瓦材质升级为铜铬合金,提高了轴瓦承载能力,增加轴瓦的导热效率,降低了轴瓦温度,从根本上解决轴瓦温度波动、偏高问题。The temperature of thrust bearing bush TE-12811A/B of turbine DST-201 has continuously increased and reached 120℃,the alarm value.High bearing bush temperature will accelerate the oxidation of lubricating oil and form a hot paint film on the surface of bearing bush.To effectively prevent the formation of paint film and remove the soft pollutants in the system,solubility-enhancing oil DECON was injected into the lubricating oil.After injecting the enhancing oil,the temperature of thrust bearing bush TE-12811A/B decreased by 5℃.By replacing the thrust bearing bush and upgrading the material of bearing bush to copper-chromium alloy,the bearing capacity of bearing bush was improved,the thermal conductivity efficiency of bearing bush was increased,and the temperature of bearing bush was reduced,fundamentally solving the problems such as the temperature fluctuation and high temperature of bearing bush.
