摘  要:无人值守的变电站站用电消耗巨大,亟待充分挖掘节能潜力。现有的相关研究工作主要考虑站用电负荷的“静特性”,即从设备性能本身入手研究其节能技术,或通过一定历史数据统计分析用户的用电习惯,生成场景化的节能运行策略。为此,引入了态势感知与态势利导的理念,基于反馈式动态控制逻辑,提出了完整的变电站站用电节能框架,定义了各层次的具体内涵,以此作为站用电节能优化研究的一般思路。针对变电站用电的实际情形,针对时间型设备及空调负荷设计了节能策略,并以某变电站为例进行了实地验证。该变电站监控的时间型设备年节能潜力高达19105.74 kWh,空调在冬季每月节能潜力约为1070.79 kWh。Unattended substations consume huge amount of electricity and need to fully exploit the energy saving potential.Current studies mainly considers the"static characteristics"of substation electrical loads,i.e.,the energy-saving technologies from the electrical performance itself,or the statistical analysis of users'electricity consumption habits through certain historical data to generate scenario-based energy-saving operation strategies.To this end,this paper introduces the concept of situational awareness and situational guidance,and proposes a complete framework for substation power saving based on feedback-based dynamic control logic,defining the specific content of each level as a general idea for the study of station power saving optimization.For the actual situation of substation power consumption,this paper designs energy saving strategies for time-based appliances as well as air conditioning loads,and performs field verification at a exemplary practical substation.The annual energy saving potential of the time-based appliances monitored in this substation is as high as 19105.74 kWh,for air conditioning the monthly energy saving potential is about 1070.79 kWh in winter.
