摘  要:首先介绍了传统桥式起重机的种类及起升机构所采用的3种驱动方式,并对其优缺点进行了对比,选取了外转子直驱永磁电机的驱动方式,分析其电磁性能。利用传热学基本理论,结合起重机行业所需电机性能的特点,建立了电机的三维模型,并对其进行了温度场仿真分析。通过对比样机试验和计算的结果,验证了该方法的可行性。This paperfirstly introduces the types of traditional bridge crane and the three driving modes of its lifting mechanism,and compares their advantages and disadvantages,based on whichthe driving mode by external rotor permanent magnet direct drive motor is selected,and its electromagnetic performance is analyzed.Based on the basic theory of heat transfer,combined with motor characteristics required by crane industry,three-dimensional model of the motor is established,and temperature field simulation analysis is carried out.Comparison between prototype test and calculation results verifies the feasibility of the proposed driving mode.
