摘　　要：2023年8月23日18时19分,辽宁省大连市普兰店区发生M4.6地震,震中烈度Ⅵ度。根据地震现场调查的资料,阐述了这次地震的地震概况、烈度评定依据、分析研究了极震区建筑物概况及震害特点。A M4.6 earthquake occurred at 18:19 on August 23,2023 in Pulandian District,Dalian City,Liaoning Province.The epicentral intensity was Ⅵ.Based on the earthquake field investigation data,this paper mainly describes the earthquake general situation,intensity assessment basis,and analyzes the seis-mic damage characteristics of buildings in the epicenter area.
