浅谈以矿震和水库地震为例的非天然地震公共服务需求

摘　　要：以矿震和水库地震为切入点,针对非天然地震的公共服务需求,从灾害预警体系、应急救援体系、网络平台建设和受灾群众心理健康等方面同国内外现状进行比对。结果发现:此类体系的建设可以减少对公众的生命和财产安全的威胁,有力有序有效地应对各种非天然地震,提升我省面对地震灾害风险的防范处置能力。This article takes mining and reservoir earthquakes as the starting points,and focuses on the public service needs of non natural earthquakes.It can be investigated and studied from the establishment of disaster warning systems,emergency rescue systems,network platform construction,and psychological counseling for affected populations.The construction of such a system can reduce the threat to the safety of public life and property.
