摘　　要：“长新冠”是指新型冠状病毒急性感染控制后在不同时间段内出现不同程度的症状,呈现多系统、异质性、复发性与缓慢性的特征。无论患者新型冠状病毒急性感染的症状严重程度如何,都可能会受到影响。“长新冠”临床表现有疲劳、失眠、焦虑、血栓、脱发、性功能障碍、肝肾损害、心肌损害、胸痛、甲亢等。骆杰伟教授以阴阳平衡、气血精津液以及藏象学说为理论基础,总结长新冠的症状、证候特点及不同感染人群的体质特征,提出了“长新冠”的中医辨证诊治思路并应用于“阳康门诊”,取得较好的反响与疗效。Long COVID refers to the chronic disease involving multiple organs or systems in some people infected with the SARS-Cov-2 after treatment.The disease is heterogeneous and recurrent,regardless of the severity of symptoms of acute SARS-Cov-2 infection,long COVID may appear.Long COVID clinical manifestations include fatigue,insomnia,anxiety,blood clots,hair loss,sexual dysfunction,liver and kidney damage,myocardial damage,chest pain,Hyperthyroidism etc.Prof.Luo Jiewei summarized the TCM symptoms of Long COVID and proposed the TCM diagnosis and treatment of Long COVID based on the theory of Yin-Yang,the theory of visceral outward manifestation and the theory of essence-qi-blood-body liquid,and applied it to the“COVID-19 Rehabilitation Clinic”,which has achieved good response and efficacy.
