摘 要:目的建立硫磺氧化锌油中升华硫的含量测定方法。方法用稀盐酸将硫磺氧化锌油中的氧化锌溶解去除后,再用二氯甲烷-无水乙醇(6∶4)将升华硫溶解,同时配制相应浓度的硫对照品溶液,照紫外-可见分光光度法,在264 nm波长处测定吸光度。结果阴性溶液不干扰本品硫的测定;硫在0.01021~0.03063 mg·mL^(-1)范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);中间精密度试验中硫含量的RSD为1.77%;平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为0.49%。结论该方法专属性好、重现性好、结果准确,可用于硫磺氧化锌油中升华硫的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish method for content determination of sublimated sulfur in sulfur zinc oxide oil.METHODS The zinc oxide in sulfur zinc oxide oil was dissolved and removed with dilute hydrochloric acid,then the sublimated sulfur was dissolved with methylene chloride and anhydrous ethanol(6∶4),and the corresponding concentration of sulfur reference solution was prepared.The absorbance was measured at 264 nm wavelength by UV-vis spectrophotometry.RESULTS The negative solution did not interfere with the determination of sulfur.The absorbance and concentration of sulfur in the range of 0.01021-0.03063 mg·mL^(-1) showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9997).RSDs of sulfur content in intermediate precision test were 1.77%.The average recovery was 100.6%,RSD=0.49%.CONCLUSION The method has good specificity,reproducibility and accuracy,and can be used for the determination of sublimated sulfur in sulfur zinc oxide oil.
