摘　　要：目的找出最优的库管方法,降低库存周转天数,提高库存周转率,使之达到评审标准。方法根据库存周转率和库存周转天数的公式,以及ABC分类法等不同方式,计算并分析,结合PDCA循环法的管理理念,对不符合85%以上药品库存周转率应少于10~15日标准要求的情况进行整理分析,找出影响因素,并进行改善。结果①符合三甲医院标准周转天数≤15天的品种共有271种,占总品种的70.2%。②通过PDCA理论的管理,医院药库药品库存周转天数≤15天(达标)的品种占总品种的86%。③ABC三类周转天数≤15天(达标)的药品金额累计比率合计86.97%超过了85%的标准。结论传统的中药库存管理且根据PDCA循环法分析,影响因素比较多,工作量大,比较困难完成,药品过度周转的情况时常发生。按单品种累计比例分析,周转率为70.2%与标准相差不大,通过PDCA循环法对各类药品使用量,采购申领,人为因素分析并作出相应的改革,可以使库存周转率达标到达86%,ABC分类库存管理法能解决过度周转问题,并以86.97%的数值超过85%的标准,为最符合标准的库房管理方法。OBJECTIVE To find out the best method of warehouse management,reduce the inventory turnover days,improve the inventory turnover rate,so as to meet the evaluation standards.METHODS According to the formula of inventory turnover rate and inventory turnover days,as well as the ABC classification method,the calculation and analysis were combined with the PDCA cycle management idea,the situation that the inventory turnover rate of over 85%drugs should be less than 10-15 days standard was analyzed,and the influencing factors were found out and improved.RESULTS①There were 271 varieties(70.2%)that met the standard turnover days of grade three hospitals less than 15 days.②Through the management of PDCA theory,86%of the total drugs in our hospital′s drug storehouse had less than 15 days of stock turnover(up to standard).③The accumulative ratio of the sum of money for the drugs with ABC turnover days≤15(up to standard)was 86.97%,which exceeded the standard of 85%.CONCLUSION Traditional stock management of traditional Chinese medicine according to PDCA cycle analysis,the impact of many factors,heavy workload,more difficult to complete,excessive turnover of drugs often occur.According to the cumulative ratio analysis of single variety,the turnover rate is 70.2%,which is not much different from the standard.PDCA cycle method is used to analyze the use of various drugs,purchase requisition,human factors and make corresponding reforms,aBC classification inventory management method can solve the problem of excessive turnover,and 86.97%of the value of more than 85%of the standard,as the most standard warehouse management method.
