摘  要:针对V形兜孔圆柱滚子轴承的兜孔几何参数影响轴承摩擦生热特性的问题,研究了不同V形兜孔壁面倾斜角度对轴承摩擦生热特性的影响规律。首先,基于多体动力学理论、摩擦学原理,建立了轴承动力学模型、摩擦功耗模型;然后,分析了V形兜孔不同几何参数对兜孔摩擦生热的影响,并利用正交试验法优化了V形兜孔几何参数;最后,基于优化后的V形兜孔,分析了轴承各部件间的摩擦生热特性。研究结果表明:V形兜孔几何参数对兜孔摩擦生热影响显著,工况相同时,不同壁倾角组合下兜孔摩擦功耗的最大差值达到了736.2 W,当兜孔壁倾角α=40°、β=50°时可有效降低兜孔摩擦生热;此外,兜孔摩擦生热随转速增加而持续升高,但径向载荷的增加使得兜孔摩擦生热逐渐趋于稳定;与普通圆弧兜孔轴承相比,不同工况下,优化轴承兜孔摩擦生热及总摩擦生热均低于普通轴承,且优化轴承滚子与兜孔间的接触力也低于普通轴承。Aiming at the problem of the influence of pocket geometric parameters of cylindrical roller bearing with V-shaped pocket on the frictional heat generation characteristics,the influence law of the wall inclination angle of different V-shaped pocket on the frictional heat generation characteristics of the bearing was studied.Firstly,the bearing dynamics model and frictional power loss model were established based on the multi-body dynamics theory and the tribology principle.Then,the influence of different geometric parameters of the V-shaped pocket on the frictional heat generation was analyzed,and the geometric parameters of the V-shaped pocket were optimized by the orthogonal test method.Finally,the frictional heat generation characteristics between bearing components were analyzed based on the optimized V-shaped pocket.The research results indicate that the geometric parameters of the V-shaped pocket have a significant impact on the pocket frictional heat generation.Under the same operating condition,the maximum difference in frictional power loss of the pocket with different wall inclination angles reaches 736.2 W.When the inclination angle of the pocket wall isα=40°、β=50°,the pocket frictional heat generation can be reduced effectively.In addition,the frictional heat generation of the pocket keeps increasing with the increase of rotation speed,but the increase of radial load gradually stabilizes the pocket frictional heat generation.Comparing with the optimized V-shaped pocket cylindrical roller bearing and the ordinary circular pocket bearing,the pocket frictional heat generation and total frictional heat generation of the optimized bearing under different operating conditions are lower than that of the ordinary bearing,and the contact force between the roller and pocket of the optimized bearing is also lower than that of the ordinary bearing.
