摘 要:文章主要对再生PP材料进行共混改性。在大众汽车的试验标准下,对比了全新改性PP材料和再生PP材料的力学性能区别,并进行了耐刮擦、光照及热老化等长周期试验的对比验证,发现再生PP材料在经过改性加强后,其10%和25%再生PP含量配方力学性能与全新料接近,性能降低幅度低于5%。同时,再生改性PP长周期试验性能优异,并可以在汽车外饰零件上完成零件级试验验证,完全满足大众汽车产品质量标准,并具有节能减排、环境友好特性。Focusing on the blending modification of recycled PP materials,while under the experimental standards of Volkswagen,a comparison was made between the mechanical properties of newly modified PP materials and recycled PP materials.Comparative verification is also conducted for long-term experiments such as scratch resistance,light exposure,and thermal aging.It is found that after being strengthened through modification,the mechanical properties of the formulations with 10%and 25%recycled PP content are similar to those of the virgin materials,with a performance de⁃crease of less than 5%.At the same time,the long-term experimental performance of recycled modi⁃fied PP is excellent,and it could undergo component-level experimental verification on automotive ex⁃terior parts.It fully meets the quality standards of Volkswagen products and has the characteristics of energy saving,emission reduction,and environmental friendliness.
