摘  要:中油集团热电二公司作为电热能源生产单位,存在装机容量小、自动化程度低、设备老旧等问题,主要经济指标与先进电力企业存在较大差距,企业电热生产成本偏高。为降低生产成本,提升公司电热生产经济性,从煤耗、水耗和厂用电率等重点指标入手,通过落实管理节能各项提升措施,供电标准煤耗降低1.73 g/kWh,发电厂用电率降低0.46个百分点,发电水单降低0.03 kg/kWh;通过实施机组节能改造、风机变频改造和给水泵汽动改造节能项目,年度标煤消耗减少13645 t、发电用水减少25.5×10^(4)t、厂用电消耗减少1727.56×10^(4)kWh,从技术节能方面保障了节能降耗目标完成。As an electrothermal energy production unit,there are problems which include small installed capacity,low automation,old equipment in No.2 Thermal Electric Company,CNPC.Especially,there is a big gap between the main economic indicators and advanced electric enterprises,and the cost of electrothermal production in enterprises is high.In order to reduce production costs and im-prove the economy of electrothermal production of the company,start with key indicators such as coal consumption,water consumption and plant electricity consumption rate.Through the implementation of energy conservation management and the measures of various improvement,the standard coal consumption of power supply is reduced by 1.73 g/kWh,the power consumption rate of power plant is reduced by 0.46 percentage points,and the water bill of power generation is reduced by 0.03 kg/kWh.Through implementation of energy conservation projects of unit transformation,fan frequency conversion and feedwater pump vapor transformation,annual standard coal consumption is reduced by 13645 t,the water consumption of power generation is reduced by 25.5×10^(4)t,and electricity consumption is reduced by 1727.56×10^(4)kWh to ensure the completion of energy conservation and consumption reduction targets from the aspect of technical energy conservation.
