摘 要:海上油气开采浮式装置因风浪而产生较大晃动,对乙二醇再生装置的气液接触产生负面影响,常规的措施是通过回流比来减少塔内液体分布不均的影响,效果有限且带来再生能耗增加。结合现有对液体分布器、液体再分布器、塔内流体分布性能在海上晃动平台上的性能研究,结合工程实际情况,对现有塔器进行优化探讨,提出采用NS穿流复合塔板的优化方案,该塔板具有气液自分配功能,可省去气液再分布器,降低塔高,这对海上操作平台尤其重要,可减少塔径,实现塔器小型化。The floating device of offshore oil and gas exploitation has a large sloshing due to wind and waves,which has a negative impact on the gas-liquid contact of the ethylene glycol regenerator.The conventional measure is to reduce the influence of uneven liquid distribution in the tower by reflux ratio,which has limited effect and increased the energy consumption of regeneration tower.Combined with the existing research on the performance of liquid distributor,liquid redistributor and fluid distribution in the tower on the sea floating platform and combined with the actual engineering situation,the optimization of the existing tower is discussed,and the optimization scheme of NS through-flow composite tray is proposed.The through-flow composite tray has the function of gas-liquid self-distribution,which can be eliminated the gas-liquid redistribution and reduced the tower height.Especially it is crucial for the offshore operating platform,which can be reduced the tower diameter efficiently and realized the tower miniaturization.
