摘 要:为准确判定曼氏无针乌贼种群结构,采用频度分析法对2020年与2021年3—11月浙北沿岸水域张网捕获的曼氏无针乌贼胴长、体质量、性腺成熟度和摄食强度的分布进行分析。结果显示,曼氏无针乌贼雌雄个体优势胴长组均为41~120 mm,优势体质量组分布分别为10.1~130.0 g与10.1~90.0 g。3—11月性腺成熟度为Ⅴ期雌性个体平均性腺成熟系数为6.82%~13.75%,性成熟高峰期为3—5月,雄性个体性成熟高峰期为3—4月。统计分析表明,各月间性腺成熟系数除了3—5月间及8—11月间差异不显著外(P>0.05),其余各月间均差异显著(P<0.05)。3—11月雌雄个体胃饱满度3~4级占比范围分别为6.11%~46.30%与3.66%~47.14%。综合分析认为,曼氏无针乌贼在自然海域存在2个种群,其一生命周期为1 a,个体体型较大,可定义为大型群;其二来源于增殖放流,个体体型较小,可定义为小型群。建议在制定曼氏无针乌贼相关渔业管理政策时,应考虑其种群结构特征。In order to identify the population structure of Sepiella maindroni accurately,the distribution of mantle length,body mass,maturity stages as well as the feeding intensity of samples which were captured from trap net along the north coast areas of Zhejiang province were analysed by the frequency distribution method.The results showed that the dominant mantle length of female and male individuals were both 41-120 mm,and the dominant body mass of them were 10.1-130.0 g and 10.1-90.0 g respectively.Average gonadosomatic index(GSI)of female individuals at the maturity stageⅤwere from 6.82%to 13.75%,and theirsexual maturity peak period were from March to May,and that of male individuals were from March to April.Nosignificant differences inGSIwere detected from March to May and August to November(P>0.05),while differences in GSI between other months were significant.The percentage of stomach stage 3 to 4 of female and male individuals from March to November were 6.11%to 46.30%and 3.66%to 47.14%respectively.According to the comprehensive analysis,two populations of S.maindroniare considered to be existed in natural sea area,of which one is defined as large-sized group with a life cycle of one year,and the other one is defined as small-sized group which may be from the group of stock enhancement.Population structure characteristics of S.maindroni should be taken into account as making relevant fisheries management policy.
