摘 要:目的:比较单原核(1PN)胚胎与正常受精(2PN)胚胎囊胚形成率及染色体整倍体比例的差异,初步探讨单原核胚胎的临床使用价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年在山东大学附属生殖医院行胚胎植入前遗传学筛查(PGS)患者,比较1PN、2PN胚胎的囊胚形成率、优质囊胚形成率以及所形成囊胚PGS结果的染色体整倍体比例。结果:1PN受精的胚胎在囊胚形成率和优质囊胚形成率(33.42%,22.02%)方面均显著低于2PN受精囊胚(72.32,57.37%)(P<0.05)。1PN胚胎囊胚期胚胎整倍体率(37.70%)与2PN胚胎(33.85%)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:行PGS周期的1PN胚胎在囊胚形成率和优质囊胚形成率方面远低于2PN胚胎,但两者形成的优质囊胚具有相近的胚胎整倍体比例。因此,1PN囊胚具有与2PN囊胚相近的临床价值。Objective:The difference of blastocyst formation rate and chromosome euploid ratio between 1PN embryo and 2PN embryo was compared to discuss the clinical value of 1PN embryo.Methods:The patients who underwent preimplantation genetic screening(PGS)in the Reproductive Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University in 2020 were selected.The blastocyst formation rate,high quality blastocyst formation rate and chromosome euploidy ratio of PGS were compared between 1PN and 2PN embryos.Results:The blastocyst formation rate and high quality blastocyst formation rate of 1PN embryos(33.42%,22.02%)were significantly lower than those of 2PN embryos(72.32,57.37%,P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in euploidy rate between 1PN and 2PN embryos(P>0.05).Conclusion:The rate of blastocyst formation and high quality blastocyst formation of 1PN embryos undergoing PGS cycle was much lower than that of 2PN embryos.Therefore,1PN high quality blastocysts have similar clinical value to 2PN high quality blastocysts.
