摘 要:根据方草捆捡拾码垛车的实际工作需求,设计了可以实现自动升降的负载平台机构,其主要功能为将方草捆逐层存放到负载平台机构中。应用UG软件建立负载平台三维模型,并应用Adams软件进行动力学仿真验证其结构设计合理性。设计了负载平台机构的液压回路,并应用AMEsim软件对其液压系统进行仿真,验证了液压回路的合理性。随后,应用Adams和AMEsim软件进行机液联合仿真,联合仿真结果表明:随着节流口开度的增大,液压缸作用力也随之增大,曲线的波动也更加明显。负载平台机构的液压回路满足使用要求,并为样机制造奠定了坚实的理论基础。According to the actual working requirements of the square bale picking and stacking truck,a load platform mechanism that can realize automatic lifting is designed.Its main function is to store the square bale layer by layer in the load platform mechanism.The UG software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the load platform,and the Adams software is used to conduct dynamic simulation to verify its structure design.The hydraulic circuit of the load platform mechanism is designed,and its hydraulic system is simulated by AMEsim software,which verifies its hydraulic circuit Subsequently,Adams and AMEsim software were used to carry out mechanical hydraulic joint simulation.The joint simulation results showed that with the increase of the throttle opening,the hydraulic cylinder force also increased,and the curve fluctuation was more obvious.The hydraulic circuit of the load platform mechanism met the use requirements,and laid a solid theoretical foundation for the prototype mechanism.
