摘  要:起重机液压缸渗漏是无法避免的,当发生渗漏故障时,起重机设备的工作效率将会大大降低,因此,有必要提升起重机液压缸渗漏检测效果。针对小型汽车起重机设计了一种压降法完成液压缸渗漏检测方法。分析起重机液压缸具体结构,明确可能导致液压缸渗漏的诱因和容易发生渗漏的部位;设计压降法在无杆腔和有杆腔之间展开渗漏检测,通过计算油液压力和体积得到油液弹性模量,经进一步计算后得到渗漏量,完成液压缸渗漏检测方法的设计。实验结果证明,所提方法检测精度较高,检测时间较少,最低可在7.5 s的时间内完成渗漏检测,方法能够在花费较少检测时间的前提下,保证检测的精度。The leakage of the hydraulic cylinder of the crane is unavoidable.When the leakage fault occurs,the working efficiency of the crane equipment will be greatly reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the leakage detection effect of the hydraulic cylinder of the crane.Based on this,this paper proposes a hydraulic cylinder leakage detection method based on the pressure drop method for small truck cranes.Analyze the specific structure of the hydraulic cylinder of the crane,and identify the inducement of hydraulic cylinder leakage and the parts prone to leakage;The pressure drop method is used to detect the leakage between the rodless cavity and the rodless cavity.The elastic modulus of the oil is obtained by calculating the pressure and volume of the oil,and the leakage amount is obtained by further calculation.The design of the leakage detection method for the hydraulic cylinder is completed.The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the proposed method is high,up to 1;The detection time is less,and the leakage detection can be completed in 7.5 s at least.It can be seen that the method in this paper can ensure the detection accuracy with the minimum detection time,and has certain application advantages.
