摘　　要：总结了应用于造纸业制浆过程高浓盘磨机机械密封的研制情况,从设计方案、技术结构、材料选择、技术难点和解决方案等方面进行了详细的介绍。最后,对研制的国产化机械密封样机进行了试验测试,可以实现在极限轴位移工况下执行预期功能,满足设计技术要求。This article summarizes the development of mechanical seals for high-concentration disc mills in pulping processes in the paper industry.A detailed introduction was made from the aspects of design scheme,technical structure,material selection,technical difficulties and solutions.Finally,the developed domestic mechanical seal prototype was tested,which can perform the expected function under the condition of extreme axis displacement and meet the design technical requirements.
