摘  要:电磁阀为某型火箭发动机氧气系统实现高压氧气电控释放功能,将气瓶的高压氧气电控输出后供后端发动机使用所需压力的气体,为发动机工作提供氧气。电磁阀的响应特性对系统反应的快慢具有决定性的影响。从理论分析、试验研究及数值模拟三个方面对该电磁阀在空载、负载下的动态响应特性进行了对比研究,研究结果表明:三种方法计算得出的开启时间及释放时间最大误差不超过10%,从而验证了该有限元模型预测电磁阀响应特性的准确性,为其参数的设计及匹配提供了一种行之有效的方法。The solenoid valve realizes the electronic control release function of high-pressure oxygen for the oxygen system of a certain type of rocket engine,and outputs the high-pressure oxygen electronically controlled by the cylinder for the back-end engine to use the gas of the required pressure to provide oxygen for the engine.The response characteristics of the solenoid valve have a decisive influence on how fast the system reacts.From three aspects:theoretical analysis,experimental research and numerical simulation,the dynamic response characteristics of the solenoid valve under no-load and load are compared and analyzed,and the results show that:The maximum error of the opening time and release time calculated by the three methods is not more than 10%,which verifies the accuracy of the finite element model in predicting the response characteristics of the solenoid valve,and provides an effective method for the design and matching of its parameters.
