摘  要:随着国家大力推进智能电网建设,输配电系统也逐步实现了自动化,对智能电网的稳定性、安全性、可靠性提出了更高的要求。为此提出了一种输电线路单相接地故障定位方法,基于瞬态行波分量构建输电线路的分布参数模型,根据单端线路和双端线路中波速和线路阻抗提取出故障情况下的行波特征参数,计算出零序电流补偿系数及故障位置的电压相对值,从而确定故障位置的电气参数;测量得到单端线路和双端线路的行波距离,利用瞬态电流功率比参数得到比例因子,从而确定故障位置。测试结果表明,所提方法提高了故障定位的精确度,具备推广应用的价值。As the country vigorously promotes the construction of smart grid,the transmission and distribution system also gradually achieves automated operation,which also puts forward higher requirements for the stability,safety and reliability of smart grid.In this paper,a transmission line single-phase grounding fault location method is proposed,which establishes the distribution parameter model of transmission line based on transient traveling wave components,extracts the traveling wave characteristic parameters under fault conditions according to the wave speed and line impedance in single-ended line and double-ended line,calculates the zero-sequence current compensation coefficient and the relative value of voltage at fault location,so as to determine the electrical parameters of fault location.It determines traveling wave distance of single-ended line and double-ended line,and utilizes the transient current power ratio parameter to obtain the scaling factor,hence realizing fault location.The test results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of fault location and has certain application potential.
