摘  要:新一代300 Mvar大型调相机工程采用与大型发电机组一样的出口方式,即封闭母线的连接方式。封闭母线因进水结露或受潮造成绝缘降低,从而引发发电机组非计划停运和设备损坏事故时有发生。调相机由于其特殊的运行方式有别于发电机组运行方式,因此在设计之初应对封闭母线干燥方案予以充分考虑。通过对某特高压站调相机封闭母线故障导致定子接地保护动作的分析,提出封闭母线结露装置换型方案,对后续新建调相机工程封闭母线干燥设计选型提供参考。The new generation 300 Mvar large synchronous condenser project adopts the same export mode as the large generator unit,that is,the metal-enclosed bus connection mode.Water condensation or dampness can cause deterioration of insulation of enclosed bus,which leads to unplanned outage and equipment damage accidents.Due to its special operation mode,synchronous condenser differs from generator and thereby deserves proper consideration on drying scheme of metal-enclosed bus at the design stage.Based on the analysis of activation of stator ground protection caused by synchronous condenser′s enclosed bus fault in a certain UHV converter station,this paper puts forward the replacement scheme for condensation-adhered enclosed bus device,which provides scheme reference for subsequent new condenser projects.
