摘　　要：产业通过资源服务、信息知情、建议咨询、共同决策等方式参与学科治理,已成为完善高等教育治理结构、提高学科建设效能的重要路径。产业参与学科治理具有形式合理性与实质合理性。形式合理性表现为产业参与学科治理回应学术资本兴起与学科发展动力外生化要求,推动知识生产模式Ⅲ下学科与产业的竞合互动,满足经济全球化驱动下产业技术转型升级需求;实质合理性表现为推进大学学科治理迈向现代化,学科与产业共同履行社会责任以及共建民主共治学术权力体系。建构产业参与学科治理的交往合理性需促成管理性话语向治理性话语的转向,明确产业参与学科治理的学术性、互惠性、平等性、适度性原则,着力架构循序渐进的阶段化参与治理方式。Industrial participation in disciplinary governance through resource services,information literacy,advice and consultation,and joint decision-making is an important path to improve the governance structure of higher education and enhance the efficiency of disciplinary construction.Industrial participation in disciplinary governance has both formal and substantive rationality.The formal rationality is reflected in that industrial participation in disciplinary governance responds to the external requirements of academic capital rise and disciplinary development momentum,promoting the competition and interaction between disciplines and industries under the background of knowledge production mode III,and meeting the needs of industrial technology transformation and upgrading driven by economic globalization.The substantive rationality is manifested in promoting the modernization of university disciplinary governance,jointly fulfilling social responsibilities between disciplines and industries,and jointly building a democratic and co-governing academic power system.To construct the communicative rationality of industrial participation in disciplinary governance,it is necessary to promote the transformation from management discourse to governance discourse,clarify the principle of academicness,reciprocity,equality and temperateness in industrial participation in disciplinary governance,and strive to build a gradual phased participation in governance.
