摘　　要：确保校园安全是高校和谐稳定的基石,高校校园安全风险治理是学校治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。在风险社会理论与实践视域中,我国高校校园安全面临的复杂情势集中体现为校园安全事故多样化频发、风险应对体系法治化不足以及赋能增效落入数字化陷阱等,这亟待健全完善高校校园安全风险识别机制、研判机制、应对机制和复盘机制。高校校园安全风险治理要在理念维度彰显人本价值,在制度维度完善法规体系,在技术维度推进依法治数。Ensuring campus security is the cornerstone for the harmony and stability of colleges and universities,and the governance of campus security risks is an important part of the modernization of school governance system and governance capacity.From the perspective of the theory and practice of risk society,the complex situation facing campus security in our country is embodied in the frequent and diversified campus security accidents,the insufficient rule of law within the risk response system and the digital trap in empowerment and efficiency,which urgently needs to improve the college campus security risk identification mechanism,research and judgment mechanism,response mechanism and review mechanism.The governance of college campus security risk should highlight the humanistic value in the concept dimension,improve the legal system in the system dimension and promote legal governance in the technical dimension.
